At White Logistics we are an award winning, professional general haulage company based in Pershore, Worcestershire, operating throughout the UK.

We are seeking people who want to join the company’s academy driver training program, taking drivers from van to HGV. Our progression path sees drivers gain their CAT C licence, with further opportunities to progress to CAT C+E licence.

Earn while you learn; during the period of training, you will be fully employed as a van driver from day one, earning £11.45 while you train.

Potential earnings of £33,000+ in your second year, once qualified.

The position is suitable for candidates living within 30 miles of Pershore including Worcester; Droitwich; Evesham; Tewkesbury; Redditch; Bromsgrove and surrounds.

This driver position will report to the Traffic Manager.

Your main tasks will be
  • General haulage collections and deliveries across the UK, after gaining your CAT C licence you have some nights out (average 1-2 nights out per week).
  • Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, occasional Saturdays and Sundays as overtime

  • £11.45 per hour when driving the van, increasing immediately to £12.85 on gaining your HGV license, then increasing incrementally to £13.95 after 8 months.

All applicants must:
  • Must hold Category B Driving licence
  • Must have applied for provisional CAT C licence prior to commencement of employment
  • Must live within 20 Miles of Pershore
  • Must have no more than 3 points on your licence
