At White Logistics & Storage, we have a bespoke ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and TMS (Transportation Management System) to help our business streamline our operations. Our ERP system integrates all aspects of our business, from inventory management to order processing, providing real-time visibility and control over our entire supply chain. Our TMS system optimises transportation routes and reduces costs by automating and simplifying the transportation planning process.
WMS
We’ve implemented a modern WMS (Warehouse Management System) that has greatly improved our efficiency and accuracy of warehouse operations. With advanced features such as inventory tracking, order management, and real-time data analysis, we have optimised our warehouse processes to better meet the needs of our customers, be it full visibility of what we are holding to being able to produce reports to the smallest detail.
Vehicle Tracking
Our vehicles are equipped with state-of-the-art vehicle tracking technology supplied by Microlise. This allows our office team to find the locations of our vehicles in real-time using their online portal as well as track where the vehicles have been. The Microlise portal also allows for reports to be generated for a number of different aspects including fuel usage and driver performance. Our drivers have the app on their work devices which allows them to sign in and using a letter grading system see how well they have been driving based on the information Microlise has collected. The app will give them ways to improve so that they can bring their grade up.
Driver System
TruTac is a powerful suite of software that White Logisitcs & Storage utilise to help with our day-to-day operations. TruTac's various apps are used across our company; TruControl and TruAnalysis help our fleet team with tachograph analysis and compliance management easily viewable from their web portal. Our drivers utilise TruTime and TruChecks for their time and attendance clocking software, digital tachographs, daily vehicle checking and reporting system. With TruTac, we can rest easy knowing that our vehicles and drivers are compliant.
API Integration
With all our systems fully API-integrated, customers can enjoy the benefits of seamless communication and data sharing across all our applications. This helps to automate tasks, streamline workflows, and improve efficiency, without having to switch and change between systems ultimately saving both yourselves and us time as well as reducing errors.
