Analysing and understanding complex issues and planning to deliver is second nature to him and that plan will be innovative, forward-thinking, and sometimes disruptive. That ability to think strategically is what will be the driving force of White Logistics future success.
With over 20 years of experience in Finance and Business leadership roles, Phillip has traversed industries from Petrochemicals to Transportation, FMCG, Fintech, Ports and Retail.
As CFO of Whites, he is focused on driving growth and profitability of the business both organic and inorganic. From improving information systems to enabling decision making, Phillip’s goal is to leverage data and technology to support the business while driving efficiencies across the company. Although finance comes second nature to him, he brings considerable business acumen to every decision.
Phillip is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting & finance.
With over ten years in the industry, Owen has a broad skillset with experience of both domestic and international haulage. Problem-solving is his strong suit, and in the fast-paced world of White Logistics, this is where he excels.
Having a robust, capable, and hard-working Transport Department behind him, he is able to drive operational efficiencies and service targets within the business. Owen will be at the heart of growing and developing our transport operation and alongside other senior managers will ensure our business is a continuing success story.
Alex has worked in the transport sector for over Twenty years, with specialisms in both transport and site operations, and has applied his broad industry knowledge to our ever-expanding warehousing operation, helping us to produce record-breaking numbers since his arrival at White Logistics.
Experienced in both single and multi-site operations, and with a Transport Manager CPC and IOSH qualification, Alex is an invaluable member of the management team. As White Logistics continues to grow, he will be right at the heart of our warehouse expansion and will continue to champion our outstanding warehouse team as we aim for even greater heights.
Verity has been a key team member at White Logistics for 7 years and has successfully held central roles within our Customer Service and Traffic teams. In January 2022 she accepted the position of Health, Safety & Compliance Officer and is dedicated to ensuring that safety is a key feature of day-to-day operations and standards are raised across the board. With a BSc in Environmental Studies & IOSH Managing Safely under her belt, she is currently working towards achieving the NEBOSH General Certificate.
With over 30 years of experience in the logistics and warehousing industry, Mick has a whole depth of knowledge that he uses not only to help across the business but also to assist customers with their logistical needs and how Whites can best support them.
He has worked in a variety of roles in several industries from manufacturing to IT, including at SCC, Europe’s largest privately owned IT company where his flair and interest in logistics led him to be appointed Large Projects Senior Manager overseeing complex rollouts such as CSC / BAE Systems. Mick has been with Whites / 021 Network for 18 years.
Claire has over 25 years of Customer Service experience in a number of industries ranging from Automotive to Insurance to Banking and now Logistics. Claire understands that great Customer Service is at the heart of every strong business. Claire has currently been with White Logistics and Storage for two and a half years as our Customer Accounts Manager. With an amazing team of Account Handlers in the Customer Accounts Department Claire believes that White Logistics & Storage’s unique selling point is that they care about great service and a job well done.
Rob has over 15 years of experience in the Transport industry. His experience includes scheduling, planning and organising operationally to meet the needs of customers against a whole host of unique scenarios.
Organising workloads and getting staff onboard to deliver is his main strength. A strong desire to grow and understand all other aspects of the industry is what drives him on and will help enhance his skill set further in the future.
