With over 20 years of experience in Finance and Business leadership roles, Phillip has traversed industries from Petrochemicals to Transportation, FMCG, Fintech, Ports and Retail.
As CFO of Whites, he is focused on driving growth and profitability of the business both organic and inorganic. From improving information systems to enabling decision making, Phillip’s goal is to leverage data and technology to support the business while driving efficiencies across the company. Although finance comes second nature to him, he brings considerable business acumen to every decision.
Phillip is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting & finance.

With an established career of over 30 years’ in the transport and logistics sector, and having held a National and International Management CPC since 1991, Nigel has a wealth of knowledge and a strong operational background in a variety of fast paced, profit driven service environments. He has a customer-centric, ‘right first time’ attitude and has an intrinsic flair to continuously drive process improvement and error reduction.
Nigel understands the importance of monitoring and maintaining a consistent and cohesive workforce. Keen for Whites Logistics to maintain a ‘best in class’ status with our valued customers and colleagues alike. He wholeheartedly embraces a constructive communication and collaboration ethos with a strong leadership style, continuously seeking opportunities to develop and up-skill every member of his operations team.
As a member of the senior management team and as White Logistics continues to successfully achieve its long term growth strategy, he will be at the heart of our operational expansion, championing the Customer and our outstanding warehouse team as we strive to achieve and maintain no less than service excellence.
Outside of work, Nigel is an avid family man, loving nothing more than a DIY project at home, taking a long countryside walk, or spending quality time with his family and friends and some of his adventurous pastimes include scuba diving, the occasional parachute jump and can often be found blazing the trails on and around the Malvern Hills.

Passing his first HGV test at the age of 18, Will had over 15 years experience as a driver before coming to White Logistics. After a couple of years on general haulage, he moved into the office, utilising his knowledge and experience in the role as Fleet Team Leader.
Over the past 12 months he gained his Certificate of Professional Competence for Transport Managers qualification and most recently became an Advanced FORS Practitioner. Will has moved into the position of Fleet and Compliance Manager as well as being a named Transport Manager on the Company’s Operators Licence, ensuring the safe and legal running of the entire fleet.
